Boot Scootin' is a purple to dark blue-purple thermal with purple, light pink, light red, and dark blue foils. This dip will turn from a dark blue-purple when cold to purple when hot.
This is the first powder that I have tried and to say that I was impressed and in love is an understatement. The powder is super fine, the color comes out amazing. I am already itching to do my nails again just so I can try other colors.
